Have you seen the July 2011 cover of Woman's Day magazine? So cute. I can't wait to make these cute cupcakes with jelly beans (with a starburst for the butter!) at our next summer bbq! I'm not creative myself, but I can usually duplicate a cute idea when I see it. A-dorable.
