It's April and I have been meaning to get back to my blog since January. I'm sorry, blog! 2011 is off to an amazing start and I am excited to see how the year plays out. Big changes for our family and I love it.
Our little man was born on January 5th. I didn't know how I would love another kid as much, but my grandmother once told my mom "love isn't divided, it's multiplied" and man is that true. I don't remember what life was like without him in our house, he's beautiful and perfect in every way. Except of course he isn't sleeping for shit, but that will come. HA!
Claire turned two last month and is our little spit fire! She makes me laugh every day and I want to bottle her little voice up and save it forever. It is so cool to watch her love her little brother and become protective of him. I have been back at work for two weeks now and it's been hard to say the least. Not only did I have an amazing 12 weeks at home with the kids, but I came back and the whole family got terribly sick. Two dr visits and antibiotics later, it appears we are on the mend. I enjoy my job and it's fun to laugh with the girls, but I miss the kids...no doubt about that. I call a couple times a day to check on them. Especially my little man who simply isn't adjusting well to the bottle. What can I say, he loves that time with momma! And I got the goods. :) More to come, I have so many things to catch up on. Birth story, Claire's one liners, Madison almost done with 6th grade, updates on hubs and just our incredibly wonderful life.
